Layered Pizza Dip

Ingredients:

  • 1-cup (200gms) Soft cream cheese, plain or with onion and chives
  • ½ cup Chunky Marinara sauce
  • ½ cup Green peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup Black Olives, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Freshly chopped basil
  • 1-cup Pizza cheese (mozzarella and cheddar)

To serve

4 thin pizza crusts, cut into wedges and toasted.

Method:

Heat the oven to 350°F. In a 9” pie dish, layer all the ingredients in the order listed. Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the cheese has melted. Serve immediately with crusty pizza bread.

Note: you could also divide the quantity into 2 dishes of 4” each.
