Make your own Tomatini

I first tried and loved the Tomatini at La Petite Maison, Dubai, so I was inspired to try making it myself, which I did and it turned out great!

I recently served the drink to my guests at a cocktail party I hosted - I personally made the first few, and left the bartender to make the rest - and it ended up being the main subject of conversation that night!best-Tomatini-recipe-at-La-Petite-Maison

The drink is a great alternative to a Bloody Mary, although the taste and consistency of the drink is much lighter, and it is enjoyed by both men and women.  But be warned, it is one of those drinks that is pretty strong even though it tastes light!
