When in Greece - there's always Tzatziki!

One of my favourite things about visiting Greece is the fact that you get Tzatziki pretty much everywhere you go! You'll find this delicious garlicky yogurt dip at breakfast, lunch and dinner, and of course it's probably the first thing you'll be dipping into when visiting friends (other than the pool of course ;))! I just got back from a fantastic trip to Mykonos last week and aside from all the fun and frolic, the one thing I was really having major withdrawal symptoms over was the Tzatziki! I considered paying a visit to Elia or Eat Greek in Dubai (both of which make delicious tzatziki), but a quick stop at the grocery store to pick up a couple of missing ingredients seemed like a much quicker option. I grabbed myself a large tub of Greek yogurt and some fresh dill, chopped up some garlic and whipped it up!
