Rasoi by Vineet at the Mandarin Oriental Geneva
Executive Chef Prashanth Chipkar is definitely one to watch, which I discovered during my recent trip to Rasoi by Vineet at the Mandarin Oriental in Geneva. He joined Rasoi by Vineet in Geneva in early 2014, having previously worked as the Chef de Cuisine at Gaggan, Bangkok. Rasoi's vegetarian tasting menu consists of molecular Indian/French fusion dishes by Chef Vineet Bhatia, which were brilliantly executed.
I was lucky enough to visit the Michelin star restaurant during "Restaurant Week," a relatively new phenomenon in Geneva where patrons are able pay an affordable price at participating high end restaurants. Even though it was probably one of their busiest weeks, this in no way sacrificed the quality of the food thanks to the skilled chef.
Having been to other Vineet Bhatia restaurants around the world, this one really stands out. After a meal like this, it is needless to say you will have a great nights rest!
