  1. Biella Ristorante
    Keeping it fresh, healthy and simple is often as easy as just walking into an Italian restaurant. Italian food is celebrated for its emphasis on quality ingredients, fresh vegetables and with just a few amendments, many Italian dishes can easily be made vegan. Ground Level. 
  2. Burj Al Hammam

    Lebanese cuisine is always a good choice if trying to stay healthy. Stick to salads and protein-rich dips like hummus and you can dine out without breaking the diet. Ground Level. 

  3. Dalloyau

    While this French bistro has a great salad selection, we're also tempted by the healthy vegetarian mains like the mushroom risotto! Let's just have both. Fashion Dome, Level 2. 

  4. Japengo Cafe

    Italian and Japanese come together at Cafe Japengo. Whether it's an Italian-style salad you want or a bowl of stir-fried veggies, this is a good option when you're in a group that has trouble compromising. Level 1.

    If one thing is for sure it's that Common Grounds knows how to do healthy. Whether you want to start off the day with a spiralina smoothie bowl or grab a 'Raw Buddha Bowl of Goodness' for lunch, you're in good hands there. Level 2, new extension. 

  6. P.F.Chang

    At American chain P.F. Changs, being healthy is actually a lot easier than you think. Start light with vegetarian lettuce wraps or protein-heavy with some spicy edamame then for your main course, make sure you stick to something veg-heavy and sub brown rice for white! Ground Floor.

  7. Zaatar W Zeit

    Salads reign supreme at Zaatar W Zeit. And if you need something a little more substantial - swap fried falafel for baked and the regular wrap for a wholewheat or a GF oat flour wrap! Main Food Court.

    Le Pain Quotidien is famous for its freshly baked bread - the perfect accompaniment to its massive salad selection. Or opt for a tartine, basically an open-faced sandwich, with either avocado and seeds or cauliflower and hummus for a healthy fat and protein boost. Ground Level. 

  10. Salero - Tapas and Bodega

    Veggie options are seldom in abundance at tapas restaurants but the good news is, the ones they do have tend to be pretty healthy! Kempinski Hotel.

  11. Al HalabiAgain, Middle Eastern food never fails as a sure-fire healthy option for people trying to stay fit! With lots of fresh salads, healthy dips and an emphasis on beans and nuts, make good choices at Al Halabi and you'll be radiating with health. Ground Level.
