Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low fat yogurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup mixed berries
1 cup low fat yogurt 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 cup mixed berries

Method:

  • In a large bowl, mix the yogurt with the maple syrup.
  • Place the mixture into a container lined with parchment paper.
  • Top with the berries.
  • Freeze for 6 to 8 hours or overnight.
  • Break up into pieces and serve.
